I. Right of Withdrawal from Distance Contracts
Right of Withdrawal and Return
Customers can withdraw their consent to a distance purchase contract within 14 days without explanation. The month period begins on the day after the customer has received the complete goods as well as the right of withdrawal information text. Customers may express their withdrawal in writing (e.g. via letter mail, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The month period shall be considered observed if either the withdrawal notice or the goods have been delivered within this period. The goods must be returned at our expense and at our risk.

Consequences of Withdrawal from Distance Contract:
In the case of an effective cancelation of the contract, both the received products or services are to be returned, and, as the case may be, any benefits received as a result of such products or services (e.g. interest) are to be handed over.
The obligation to return the goods or to pay back the purchase price must be met within thirty days. For customers, the thirty-day period begins on the day they send their withdrawal notice or the goods. For us, the thirty-day period begins on the day we received the goods. The customer is obliged to return the goods to us classified as carriage forward parcel(s). Goods that cannot be sent via parcel mail will be picked up by us. For any deterioration or damage of the goods that were caused by inappropriate handling, the customer must compensate us. This does not apply to any delivered goods, if the deterioration of the goods has exclusively been caused by checking them, i.e. as it is customarily done at a store. For any deterioration of the goods caused by putting them to appropriate use, the customer does not have to compensate us.
The customer has no right of withdrawal from a distance contract for delivered goods that have been manufactured based on the customer's specifications.
In case the delivered goods are defective or do not correspond with the ordered goods, the warranty will not be affected by the customer's withdrawal from the distance contract.
